Penguins in Africa? Yep, African Penguins!
At Boulders beach near Simon's Town in Flase Bay you can get up close and see thousands of these cute flightless birds.
The Boulders colony was set up in 1983 on a sandy beach with huge round boulders, that provide shade and shelter, it's the perfect location for these little guys (and girls).
There is an entrance fee since it is part of the Table Mountain National Parkbut all the money goes towards the conservation of the penguins that live here.
