I believe to really enjoy an island, you need to get out and experience the land, sky and water.
While in Molokai I went ocean kayaking, exploring the longest fringing reef in the U.S.
Our guide Clare was not only nice, knowledgable and the owner of Molokai Outdoor Activities (MOA) She was also, English.
Getting a birds eye view of any destination is always a plus, so I jumped at the chance to take a helicopter ride over Maui and Molokai.
unfortunatley, I was in the back, middle seat...so some photos are not as good as I hoped for.
Our pilot was great. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the islands.
This rock formation that's right off the Molokai coast is called "the turtle"
Many Thanks to ALEXAIR Helicopters for the great ride!
